Billions of euros allocated, but only 21% of green hydrogen projects awarded IPCEI funding by EU have reached FID

Inflation, rising energy prices and regulatory changes — including the EU’s own Delegated Acts — have contributed to project delays, says analysis by trade association Hydrogen Europe
