Controversial senator Joe Manchin threatens to sue US government over 45V clean hydrogen tax credit regulations

Comments come at official launch of office for ARCH2 blue hydrogen hub, which is due to receive up to $925m of federal funding and is also eligible for the 45Q carbon capture subsidy
